The reason he's raising his hand and pointing up towards heaven is because he's giving all glory to God. He even quoted Philippians 4:20 from the Bible on his Instagram account after the tournament… this of course is highly researchable information. It takes a while to find it but it's out there. It's a Brazilian thing.

Why does he have Arabic last name? The name Medina means city in Arabic.
You are so guillable, you can clearly see poor editing. Look at his foot area, there is an oblong lighter shape trying to erase some writing which you can make out on zoom & a few other areas similar. I can not believe so many people have fallen for it. My qualifications, photography & editor for 35 years. Poor quality & amateurish attempt.
